How To Print a Roster

Step 1:

Start on the Employee Training Center (ETC) Dashboard.

Step 2:

In the upper left-hand corner of the page, click on the Administration icon.

Step 3:

Click Product Administration.

Step 4:

Click Learning.

Select Learning Activities.

Step 6:

The screen will refresh to the Learning Activities page. 

In the search field, type the name of the class you want to print a roster for.

Note: You may need to try different class name combinations for the desired results to show up.

Step 7:

Click on the Magnifier Glass (Search) icon to search.

Step 8:

The search results will display.

Click on the Edit dropdown button for the class you would like the roster for.

Step 9:

Select Manage Roster.

Step 10:

The screen will refresh to the Activity Roster page.

Under the Reports section, click on Activity Sign-In Sheet.

Step 11:

The Activity Sign-In Sheet window will show on the screen.

Click on the Print button.

Step 12:

The print window will show on the screen.

Select the desired print destination.

Step 13:

After selecting the desired print destination, click on the Print button.
