Notifications for Users
This guide shows users how to find messages/notifications sent to them regarding training in the Employee Training Center within the last 60 days.
Step 1:
Log in to the ETC to begin at the employee homepage dashboard
Step 2:
Click on the Self button in the upper left corner of the page
A dropdown menu will appear
Step 3:
Click on the Notifications button
Step 4 (OPTIONAL):
Use the right arrow to go to the next page, if your results extend beyond one page
Step 5:
Click on the Subject link to open the notification
Filter using the View function to see which messages you already read and which you may have missed or have not read, yet.
Step 1:
Locate the View filter in the upper right portion of the screen
Click on All messages
Step 2:
Click on Read or Unread Messages
Unread messages will appear with a darkened closed envelope.
Read messages will appear with an open-flapped clear envelope.
Step 3:
Click on the Subject link to open the notification
Use can use the Search function to find any notifications sent to you (within the last 60 days)
Step 1:
Locate the Search field in the upper left portion of the screen
Enter your search parameters in the Search field
Step 2:
Click on the Magnifying Glass icon to execute your search
The results will populate
You can click on the Subject link to view the notification
