Step 1 

Select Term Desc by clicking on the drop-down menu

Click on the term you would like to select (Example: Summer 2020)

Step 2 

Select the Class(es) by clicking on the dropdown menu

Click the  checkbox corresponding to the class(es) you would like data for

Step 3

Click Apply to see data

Part A

gives you a snapshot of the:

• Total Headcount
• Total FTEs and 
• Avg. Cumulative GPA

Part B

Is a graphical representation of items in Part A

Part C

Is a graphical representation of Grade Distribution by class (if you selected more than one class)

To print or export this information

• Scroll to the bottom of the page
• Click the Print link OR
• Click the Export link
